For over 30 years, Jo-Kell has been an electrical distributor and solutions provider serving the military, commercial marine, and industrial markets.

Jo-Kell was established in 1977 by Joseph A. Kelly. Today the company is owned and operated by Suzy Kelly, CEO, and Marty Kelly, President. The main office is located in Chesapeake, VA, with regional offices in Richmond, VA and Jacksonville, FL.

Jo-Kell has over 300 years of combined inside and outside sales experience in the industrial, military, and commercial marine markets. Our outside sales engineers and inside product managers are the cornerstone of the Jo-Kell sales team. All are experienced veterans of industrial and commercial marine product distribution. Factory, Internet, and in-house product training keep our sales staff current with our customers' needs and new product developments of our vendors.

In addition to developing our commercial marine, military, and high-technology distribution markets, Jo-Kell includes value-added services and a systems integration design and panel shop.  Our shop currently provides engineering services, assembly, and repairs of all types of motor controls and control systems.  Our capabilities also include start-up and 24-hour field service.
