Chesapeake, VA (May 16, 2015) – Jo-Kell employees grabbed their grilling gear and headed to Chesapeake’s 32nd Annual Jubilee where they cooked all three days for the city’s finest! The first responders were able to come by and grab a quick dog and burger on their breaks.
